How is their customer service? Is it easy to contact Imomoko.com?

I love their product selection and that I can pick up my orders from their warehouse to avoid shipping delays, but their customer service can be hit or miss. They sometimes don't respond to emails.

My customer service experience with imomoko has been great. I emailed them with some questions about their products and they responded quickly and even provided me with recommendations.It felt personalized and was unexpected from an overseas company like this one.
