Stay away from david Larson, I hired custom software lab for a software program and a website 7 months ago and still nothing. A lot of promises in the beginning then his tone changed. Everything with him is extra even though it is in the contract. This was a $32,000.00 job that I have paid $29,000.00 to date on and he wants me to pay more money when half the program still doesn't work. The quality of his work is very poor. I would never recommend his company. I'm in the process of legal action to recover my funds.

Now that was a Review of a company... saw what you wrote. I'm willing to bet other people who are looking at hiring that company will think twice about signing an agreement with them. There are a few web design companies with decent reviews here on sitejabber I think.

We still do. http://www.bbb.org/oklahoma-city/business-reviews/internet-web-design/ingenux-in-edmond-ok-90008484

The BBB closed your complaint as it was not valid. See Below.

Refund or Exchange Issues
Administratively Closed
1 - BBB determined the company made a reasonable offer to resolve the issues, but the
Consumer did not accept the offer.

Make sure you post your reviews to yelp.com, it is popular. Post it for each of the multiple listings of Ingenux:

I have been following this forum for a little bit and I have wanted to post a review about Ingenux ever since I found it via the Google alert I had setup. Unfortunately at the time I had a pending lawsuit against Ingenux (David Lason) and I did not feel that it would be a good idea to comment or write anything about it online until the matter was in the past. Now the case is settled I am going to work on putting together a complete review of my short time as a contractor at Ingenux and hopefully provide a lot of insights into how they operate and manage their customer and contractor relationships. David Lason actually tried to get me to agree to not posting anything negative online about Ingenux as part of the settlement. I of course did not agree to that as it was a ridiculous request to give up my First Amendment Constitutional right. He even mentioned this specific forum and at one time accused me of being "John H" the same guy he accused Mark T of being because apparently some of my comments about his business operations were similar in nature (but completely factual I might add) to what John H and others on this forum have said here. After all it isn't hard to realize that Ingenux / David Lason has rubbed more than one person the wrong way and I am not the only person who knows how he really operates. I want to spend time on my review to make sure it is both complete and factually accurate to the last word. Expect my review to be posted soon. Even if he threatens me with a lawsuit I will still post the review since I now realize that he does not have the resources to back up such threats. Not to mention that any such lawsuit would be considered a Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation (SLAPP), and Ingenux would be heavily penalized for attempting such an action. For the record I don't have an agenda or a vendetta against Ingenux or David Lason but I do want to prevent other independent contractors from having to go through what I went through.

Below is an email exchange from last week. I wrote the original email to Jason Schroeder at Hensel Phelps Construction. I wrote this person because their testimonial is on the home page of Ingenux. I found it interesting that Mr. Schroeder chose to ask David Lason how to respond. On the Ingenux testimonial page, the links supplied do not seem to go to pages developed by Ingenux. I think that Ingenux is capable of doing static web pages (ex. http://www.citycareinc.org). You can see the Ingenux logo at the bottom of the pages but there's nothing interactive about the site. Another web site that looks like Ingenux developed is www.aftertheflowers.org. The company is incorporated as a for profit corporation in Indiana. Though this web site, an individual can anonyomously donate money to another individual. I'd just be nervous that the money would never reach the intended recipient. It may not be a scam, but it doesn't pass my sniff test.

Jeff,

Thank you for the email as it is now clear with this and web postings your intent. Since you were a customer and a terminated one at that, your web postings and emails will be handed over to our attorney.

Anyone can publish anything on the web true or false. I wish you the best and will pray for you.

Respectfully,
David Lason

Hello

My name is Jeff Lytle and I am writing because Ingenux Inc. has a testimonial written by you on their website. http://www.ingenux.com/testimonials Did you make those comments? Are you happy with the services they provided? There are a lot of negative comments floating around on the internet regarding Ingenux? Example http://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/www.ingenux.com?mode=talk but the website seems to tell a different story.

I'm thinking about using them but am a little leery because of what I am reading and because of their own press releases. On the Ingenux web page under press releases August 12,2009, Ingenux claims to have won the 2009 Best of Reno Award. The release says the award was given by the US Commerce Association and according to some sources USCA is a scam. You pay $179 for a plaque and receive a press release and a plaque. http://www.scamreviews.org/2009/07/u-s-commerce-association-scam/
I just keep asking myself why a legitimate company would purchase and then promote themselves using a bogus award?
