David lason and custom software lab has been my worst business experience in 15 years. I hired them on 2/7/12 to develop a new website and software program for my business. $29,000 and 7 months later I still have nothing. We were shown very little functions that most of the time never worked and were constantly pushed to approve development milestones with the understand that we can make changes, big mistake on my part. Now all the extra fees are being pushed on me. I was sent numerous emails that the website was finished and the majority of the programming was completed but they needed more money. After review half the functions are not working or not even done yet. According to them, the website was ready to go live but there was no pictures or content. Then there response is we need more money to continue, I have already paid 29k out of a 31k project. I would expect to see something that works or I can use. After going back and forth david decided to pull all my links to my website and program. What a piece of work. Now it is principle and I will spend what ever it takes to get my money back. Legal action will be starting. I hope this helps anyone else looking at using custom software lab.
