For those that have ordered from Jen's Scrubs before, you know our history of superior Customer Service. We built our business on it and it is what we promise to our customers with each and every order! For our new customers, I realize your first experience may not have been what you expected. These shipping issues were a direct result of my decision to transition my day to day management of the company to a new business partner on January 1,2016. Unfortunately, my new partner made several changes to our customer service and inventory management departments that directly impacted how our products were shipped. Ordered two sets of scrubs six weeks ago. have been tols three times scrubs on their way will arrive next week. as the next week arrives the scrubs do not! very upset. would like to cancel order have money returned immediatly to prevent me from taking legal action.

Why did service go so horribly wrong starting in march. so many 1 star reviews. not receiving merchandise, not responding to emails, taking down negative fb comments. what's going on? some customers have used them in the past and had good experiences. now, terrible.
