How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at joyfolie?

Yes, All customer service inquiries are handled through email communication currently. Our Business hours are Monday through Friday and our goal is to answer all inquiries within 24 hours; however, occasionally 48 hours if we need to further review the information given.
