I applied to be an adviser and i too received that bot response email that according to section 3b they cancelled my account. it seems that there is no number for play fair and that ingenio is one of the many companies owned by at&t. i have a friend that works for them and actually does quite well. she is also highly ethical, honest and competent as an adviser. that being so, my experience with them has been lackluster and now i am searching to see what the real truth behind ingenio actually is as i am a highly skilled master astrologer with an extraordinary reputation in my field. it would appear that i would be exactly what they are looking for yet i seem to be having trouble getting to the bottom of the play fair issue. does anyone have an actual phone number for them or are they actually just the man behind the curtain? It's usually impossible to find a way to contact most of these sites (unless you're Jewels H). Not that contacting them will get results. Btw, has anyone used Meet Your Psychic? I thought (for some reason) they may be good and legit so I payed $30 for a 30 min reading as a first time caller and the reader I chatted with knew nothing. For example, I would ask "do you see me getting a new job anytime soon?" Response "if you keep on filling out those applications you should, try craigslist." Me: "Do you see me changing fields?" Reader: "I don't do fields." WHAT? So it lasted 5 min and in their policy they state that if you can't seem to connect, just hang up by 5 min. Can't find a number, sent two long emails about how unhappy and that I needed help... chirp chirp nothing. So I paid for the max time, had a ridiculous 5 min-I don't know what to call it and I'm screwed.

My favorite adviser was dream maker and all of a sudden he disappears, he was the only one who gave me a realistic view that made sense, he was right about so many things when everyone else was full of it. they got rid of the good advisers and kept the ones who seem to be running the show. lucky for me i found dream maker as game changer at psychicoz.com i don't understand why they allow certain ones to manipulate the system and run the show. why let certain ones have there way and why some just disappear. i am just happy there are other networks. The reasons the good ones leave is because they are not appreciated nor treated well. I spoke to 3 different psychics from 2 different sites, and oh boy the stories I heard. Not just about how they were treated but also the "rules" they had to abide by to basically screw over the customer. I just kept thinking, "How is this legal?" Well I guess that little note at the very bottom of the screen that says "for entertainment purposes only" is their way out for everything. Fyi, I happened to open a special offer today. It was from a company I never dealt with but it was $1 for 10 min so I figured sure why not. Normally I just delete them. The gentleman that did my reading BLEW my mind. First he asked me what I wanted to talk about and I paused because I didn't know how to start and he immediately jumped in and spit out three very particular (meaning not like 1. You took a show 2, etc... lol) things that I did or happened yesterday and today. He said it so fast I couldn't even speak. There are very few good and trust worthy readers that I know I can count on for sure but never did I experience someone like him. I would start saying a sentence and he would finish it. And trust me I'm not new to getting readings but this was something else. I'm curious about your guy, I'm going to try him out one day. Thanks. And btw, this is my first day using sitejabber so I'm not all too familiar. Is there a place where I could message you his info in private?

They are basically saying that they can cancel the account at any point in time, and for any reason without having to give us an explanation as to why they are canceling it.

Why does keen allow so many to set up multiple accounts under different names yet there membership agreement is unclear about there limits and rules about these things. they just say they can kick you off without telling you why. you can find yourself talking to the same person many times and not even know it. keen lets people do this.as long as it is not for purposes of fraud. you think you are getting a different new person and your not. you don't know who you are talking too. Hmm, I did not know that nor am I happy. I spent a lot of money on Keen years ago and its probably my only regret. I ended up more confused and frustrated because I was getting completely different readings. How is that possible? Btw, I don't know if you read with them but AskNow or Spiritscopes or whatever other names they have (yes they have at least 4-5 different names for the same company). Now I can't testify to how accurate they are because I didn't get a reading but I tried one of those get a free email readings for new clients. I'm not even going to say how they responded to me but it was very rude and they never answered my question. Then within two days I started getting like at least 10 emails a day from them and their aliases (even thought it is so obvious because they show the name and photo of all the readers) So long story short they harassed me for months and in each email they used a different form of manipulation. The worst was the ones that said if you don't call right now you will be surrounded by evil forces, back luck. Etc. Logically I don't believe it but when you read them (which obvously I stopped) they almost put a sense of terror in you. Oh my goodness it was awful. I couldn"t unsubscribe either, it never worked.
