I need customer service NOW - I have been trying all night! Simply no way of getting any service from the '24 / 7' hour 'customer care'. Utterly appalling - and utterly horrendous and devious website design. PLEASE HELP?!

I have sign out from my account and I have lost the previous ebook ' Emotional first aid'. How can I retrieve it without paying again. Could you do this for me?
Yes- I am an author with Kobo books. I just entered my name in your website for book reviews and then clicked enter. Your site was not able to find my book! Why not?
Been trying since 19 May to set up an account. Still no luck. Your software will not accept my payment information, which is kinda moot since these will be giveaways. Found a number for help, but the lady knew nothing and referred me to an email link. Got a response a few days later offering to help if i sent some information. Another week has gone by with no action. Any notion of why it's been a dead end and no customer service?
I don't see any book reviews. I have written book reviews but now I don't see any book reviews or a place to submit book reviews on new books
Is this website even legit?
