How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Kroger?

I tried for 2 hours to get in touch with a human. Chat agent, Yelhen let me sit there and then went AWOL. Called every 800 number I could find...impossible to get past the bots. I called the local store in Livonia,,MI - phone rings, then you get music, phone rings then get music, I was in that loop for 15 minutes. The only way to get ahold of a human is to go to a store, they can't blow you off then. Do not ever start me their over priced products.

1 (800) 576-4377 is the customer service number I use. Both this number and their Chat, and also email offer great assistance.

Lines are busy and it takes patience, but I've found lots of customer service in-store. Once again, the online aspect has exponentially mushroomed because of the pandemic. Replenishment of supply demands is catching up. We need to give them a grace period to catch up on the personal service responses too. If you really have a serious problem, go discuss it at a distance of 5 feet away. They will help, just be nice!
