What has happened to LL Bean? I ordered a pair of boots two weeks ago and the order hasn't even been processed yet. I called and the customer service person had no idea when, or if, the order would be shipped. Worse yet, he didn't seem to care...said he'd be happy to cancel my order. Are you still in business??

If you don't get results from one customer service representative, ask to speak to a supervisor. I emailed my question in and had a quick response and exceptional service. Had I not, I certainty would have gone up the chain of command.

You're also the one who broke LLBean with all your returns. Every time the right one broke - maybe it's your foot not the flip flop!

I'm a great buy of LLBeans? I buy there Flip Flops sandles & the right one always breaks
Reason I buy from them the return I can buy them@ a few other place for much cheaper
& that's what I'll have to do I've given LLBEANS my business for over 30 years
I'm like any other American shopper & as I look some where els to shop I know I will save $ but I will still look buy & look els where so many sales the internet & im not a Walmart shopper Well I hope to see LLBeans back with us & yes people we are the ones that built LLBEANS
