What has happened to ll bean? i ordered a pair of boots two weeks ago and the order hasn't even been processed yet. i called and the customer service person had no idea when, or if, the order would be shipped. worse yet, he didn't seem to care...said he'd be happy to cancel my order. are you still in business??

Answer:

If you don't get results from one customer service representative, ask to speak to a supervisor. I emailed my question in and had a quick response and exceptional service. Had I not, I certainty would have gone up the chain of command.

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at l.l.bean?

Answer:

Fairly easy to get a CS rep via chat or phone but they aren't as conscientious as they once were and seem to use a lot of canned responses.
