Folks we need to file multiple complaints not only with the bbb but the ohio attorney generals office. this is plain thievery.

Timothy, Your order was placed on November 14. If you go to the website and look under the FAQ you will see it says all in stock orders take 10-20 business days to ship. Back orders can take up to 6 weeks to get back in stock. If your order is on back order then after the 6 weeks you can request a full refund. Again it is all under FAQ on the website!
