Good luck with receiving your order because they lie a lot, they will give u tracking number yet your items will not be shipped as advertised, and the custom fees are rediculos, me n my friends had a very bad experience with this company so good luck
I am also in the US, but it took almost 2 weeks for my order to come and there were very steep additional charges to pay upon delivery. In total, I paid $170 for shipping alone and it wasn't even here in the time quoted by the website.
Yes u email them you have to return with 10 days. Match what is there in the invoice with the Turkish version of website. I usually wear 10 in UK sizes but 38 fits but tight for a hijab so i order 40. Good luck for all
It depends on the size used as an example. Eg if the model is wearing and outfit on size 38 and the bust is 94cm then you can order that dress in 44. As this is approximately a uk 14. If the bust is smaller than 94cm on the model shown, then you must order larger i dont bother to order those dresses though as they are obviously for petite people. Ask modanisa for a sizeguide
