I sent in a mailer with a canister of film 10-12 days ago and I haven't heard anything yet and just wondering when I can expect to see them?
How is your quality with paragraphs of text in photo books?
What is the customer satisfaction on metal prints?

The lustre coating is great. It really does help protect your photos from uv rays. I have ordered all my photos with lustre coating.

It's really a personal choice and also depends on what you're getting printed. I usually veer away from glossy and choose lustre but that's my preference. I don't like super glossy pictures because of the glare.
