The reason for the delay is due to the images and unexpected volume of orders. As we would like to maintain quality, we put more priority over time if there is no time constraints. As we mentioned before, we promise to ship the item on 14th where as we shipped it today which is 11th. So, we shipped 3 days earlier than we committed. We never made any false promise. Yes, sometime it gets out of our hand which delays the production but we never exploit or make false promise to our customers. We are sorry that your figurine took extra amount of time as the requirement and pictures were not easy to replicate especially to take off the hair from someone who has so much hair and make someone look different that the person actually is! That needs some serious craftsmanship. We apologize for the delay again!
Your product is leaving our QA team today to our printing team. It does take sometime when the photos are not right! We don't like to compromise with the quality as it is fully custom product and we can't guarantee the time on a certain occasion when the photos are not up to the mark. We appreciate your patience and we will be showing(emailing) you the digital model by tomorrow.
Yes, currently our delivery time is 5-6+ weeks with current volume. We don't like to compromise with the quality and hence we put more priority on the quality than time. We avoid doing the hasty job on this as it is a very customized and a valubale product. We have emailed you as well. Please check your email.
