What made you choose mycarly.com over similar businesses?

Answer:

I was tricked by a nice shiny advert. Should've stuck with an Aliexpress cheap option. At least they refund when you've been ripped off.

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at mycarly.com?

Answer:

You can 'raise a ticket', but every exchange will be a from a different name (likely fake). They'll basically tell you "no refund" repeatedly, but end it with nice words and then ask for a review of their service…. Which is clearly very bad.

Is mycarly.com a scam or a legit company?

Answer:

Although they do send a 'product' it's massively overpriced for what it does. They charge massively increased charges a year later even though you cancel your subscription within the first week then flatly refuse to refund. So it's at least 90% SCAM!
