I've never recieved my wig headband. i ordered it in january. i received several confirmation emails. order #420394. wth!

Answer:

I can't answer the "why" you didn't receive it, except they are horrible "people", as well as liars. I just wanted to see if you may have used PayPal? I have opened a case, through PayPal, against this place, and intend to get my money back! They also sent my "your order has shipped", but any idiot with postal service software at their business can lie about it and slap a tracking number on something. It still never made it to a post office.
