Hello - I purchased MyTaxPrep on 9/7/18 and have received absolutely no correspondence since then. Nothing via e-mail, nothing in writing

I have used MTOP for three years and I don't receive correspondence by mail if this is what you mean. It is all online and my account and tax prep has worked very well. It has been a good value for the money as compared to the big tax prep software companies.

I am sorry to here that. Are you contacting the correct telephone number?. I never have a problem. Call MtTaxPrepOffice at
307- 414-1211 and select option support.

Call them and check on your purchase or email them they always respond in one way or another
