Question:

What a joke, it so obvious this user is posting his own fake reviews..

Answer:

Strange how and bad post is always answered with a good post, well here we go full undisputed proof of exactly how these guys do business. So i placed an order on the 29th Jan and the next day i recieved an email asking for... well as below. 1/29/2011 Pending for Card Verification As you accepted before placing your order; Terms of service: http://www.nerosocial.com/conditions.php We request a card copy to verify that you used a real and authorized card. This is a protection due to fake and stolen credit cards. Please scan or take a photo of your credit card (two side) and send to us. Important: Please do not hide any numbers of your card. This will block verification. Your card will not be charged or used. All details will be kept in SSL securated areas and will be deleted after verification. Please send your verification to verify@nerosocial.com I wasnt keen on sending my whole card number and security code to them so i proceed to live chat which was never on, so i entered the transaction on dispute with plimus 2 days later. They answered the plimus dispute with: Show details 7:40 AM Hello, The dispute for invoice # 56860208 was just updated. Comments: VENDOR: Resolved via email - We do not request all numbers of your credit card. Name of bank, last 4 digits and your name must be visible. We request back side as well to verify that the front image is not fake. Our email servers are runned under SSL certificates and when you send an email to verify@nerosocial.com it is %100 secure. We are also working on a website for SSL file upload. Ok, so that was 14 hours ago, so i went on live chat and asked if this was ok. He checked my order and said it was so i sent my card details only showing the last 4 numbers only. Now i came home to find no email so i waited until live chat was active and jumped on. Below are the links to the screenshots of the transcript. As you can see he started of by saying he refunded my payment on the 1st, which isnt true and according to the plimus email i recieved this morning: do-not-reply@plimus.com Show details 9:19 PM Hello, The dispute for invoice # 56860** was just updated. Comments: CUSTOMER: Approve resolution - Verification is sent. Great its verified i thought... not So i didnt get my order, they lied on many occasions and i doubt i will ever see a refund.
