Comments: VENDOR: Resolved via email - We do not request all numbers of your credit card. Name of bank, last 4 digits and your name must be visible. We request back side as well to verify that the front image is not fake. Our email servers are runned under SSL certificates and when you send an email to verify@nerosocial.com it is %100 secure. We are also working on a website for SSL file upload.
Ok, so that was 14 hours ago, so i went on live chat and asked if this was ok. He checked my order and said it was so i sent my card details only showing the last 4 numbers only. Now i came home to find no email so i waited until live chat was active and jumped on. Below are the links to the screenshots of the transcript.
As you can see he started of by saying he refunded my payment on the 1st, which isnt true and according to the plimus email i recieved this morning:

Maybe want to collect customers card numbers, maybe they sell them on, thats my conclusion on this disaster and never again!
Wow, good documentation, Mark. It is strange how these good reviews show up suddenly when there are bad ones. Fortunately good business, really GOOD ones, will have few to zero negative reviews, so the positive reviews will make little difference when they see your proof...
We are selling 10s of customers at the same time and want all of them to make a review here. Becuase only unsatisfied customers are making reviews. We want satisfied customers to make reviews as well. And we offer bonus points to a customer who makes a good review here and clicks helpful links to other positive reviews. That is why customers are doing that. Please do not accuse us. Thank you for your post.
