How can I cancel my account? I no longer receive account benefits but am continually getting billed 4.27 every week and am getting very frustrated

Hi Courtney, as Penelope wrote, subscriptions that were made via iTunes or Google play store can be cancelled from the settings of your device. If you purchased it via the OnlinePianist website, you can cancel it from your profile settings page in this url: https://www.onlinepianist.com/account

Why not just send them an email? If the subscription is taken out via iTunes of Google Play, you will need to cancel it within each of these stores, i. E., not through the app as the subscription is through them and not OnlinePianist. If it was taken through the website, you can send them an email and they will honor the cancellation from the date of your email.
