They are authorized by PayPal, iTunes and Google Play so it is more likely you didn't get your way and are now frustrated for overlooking the fine print. Therefore, it cannot be a payment issue but a personal issue for you to use such filthy language.

It sounds like you failed to read the terms and conditions presented at signup and are now taking it out on them due to not getting your way.
