Hi, I've placed an order with Panash about a week ago. I have repeatedly contacted them since then to make sure that they understand my special instructions for stitching and also inquire about a confirmation for an additional outfit that I added to the order. But I have had no luck in reaching anyone or anyone replying back to me emails or calls. I'm beginning to panic now since the outfit I ordered is for my daughter to wear at her engagement. Has anyone had trouble getting statuses on their order? I really need to make sure they got my add on item and make sure they are going to stitch per my instructions but it is very unprofessional for a business not to respond back to their customers.

I have similar experience. They don't have anyone as a customer service representative may be. I regret everyday that i placed order. I lose 10000 rs due to these people.

These guys are frauds. I lost 3300 rs. It was my wedding dress. I had to buy it from another site. Dont buy from panash. They're merciless looters

I had the same experience. They were very responsive and prompt in responding before placing an order for bridesmaids dresses but became unresponsive after order, and especially past delivery promise time. They stopped responding after 15 days and haven't received items or money.
