on 8/27/15Has anyone ever heard of anything happening with this? I see there is a lawsuit by a Miller vs. Groupon for Groupon continuing to sell their PeggyBank vouchers long after they realized there were major issues, but this was in 2016 and I can't find any information on how the suit went. I'm assuming everyone's lawyers are just making tons of money dragging it out. PeggyBank was either bought out or went bankrupt. There is a company in Indiana that seems to have had some dealing with them at some point, but they no longer list them as a subsidiary or any other current association with them. I at least got my videos and photos back, but lost all access to the digitized files that I paid for.
I, too, finally received my tapes back after about 20 months, but I am out ~$700. From what I understand no one is working there any longer. The old CEOs, etc. should be sued and prosecuted! If you hear anything please let me know! islndguy77@aol.com Thx!
After several emails and outright lies from them I had to threaten legal action. Don't believe anything they tell you. I did get my stuff finally but this company is total bull$#*!. Contact the California attorney general, they are aware.
I wish this situation would get the publicity it deserves. I contacted Groupon and working with them got my film processed and returned.
