Actually, it is sometimes possible to contact CEO's and not all spend their time out on the golf course. Some are actually receptive to customers. I had an issue with ATT which I was not able to resolve after dealing with their reps for months. I located the contact info for their CEO and emailed him and the problem was resolved almost immediately.

1-866-371-2590 is the customer service number. Brandon is one phone. (Persopo) <support@persopo.com> is one of the reps. These guys are in a call center hired to pick up phones. They may not know either. You may representative. Their phone reps are not very helpful. You may want to e-mail for a paper trail to give your credit card company. I searched for the CEOs name with no luck. Seems to be a corp within a corp. Maybe the BBB can tell you. There are plenty of complaints on the Better Business Bureau in Las Vegas Nevada where their call center is. Your best bet is to have your credit card company press them for a refund. I do not know how with all of the complaints filed with the BBB and the FTC, people are still having this problem.

If it's not on their contact us page, it isn't public and you won't ever find it. Not sure what gas station you work at, but CEO's at real corporations spend time playing golf and you won't ever see them lol. I doubt you will find anyone higher than the middle managers or higher supervisors anywhere.
