Calling their number was useless. Even though I never received the shoes they kept insisting I couldn't get a refund until they got their shoes back. I got quite frustrated. It was only after I put up a review explaining what happened on their FB page that they gave me my refund. About 5 days after I contacted them. This was however about 3 weeks after the shoes should have arrived
My shoes eventually arrived in August as my Hotel in Halifax forwarded them on to me. Of course, I paid the shipping as I left them my card details. They should have easily arrived by 13th June prior to me leaving though. I have ordered, in the past, from On Line shoes and received them in the UK within 5 days. There is definitely something wrong with the shipping procedures between US and Canada and Planet shoes delivery. I rang them so many times speaking to the same people Shayla was one, mentioned on this site.
Hello, I got my refund in about four to five bussiness days. I'm still unhappy with PlanetShoes, as I had to chase them at every turn, but I did get my money back.
Still until this day I have not receive a refund yet. And it almost been three month.
