I have probed this many times with them and they will not answer, all they say is they provide a safe and risk free environment? They really must think poker players are stupid, but they are racking in millions through there monthly membership fees. The whole site needs to be investigated by a state or federal agency!

Avatars are linked with the purchase of more gold. The Halloween ones have come and gone. The Christmas Holiday ones will be available soon.

It happens to me now and then. When it does I usually just X out and reload my browser. Even if I'm in a tournament I'm usually back in having only missed a hand or two that the site folded hand for me. Seems to happen more often if I'm doing other things like streaming music off youtube. If it's happening to you often on a regular basis then my answer probably didn't help. Best of Luck

Out of all the issues I have with this site now crashing wasn't one. The only time it crashed was if I was also streaming music videos on YouTube. Make sure you have cookies enabled.

VERY COMMON ON THESE, RIGGED GAMES! CONSTANT BAD BEATS AND CONSTANT FLOPPING ACES AND KINGS OVER AND OVER. ONE OF THE WORSE HANDS YOU CAN BE DEALT ARE POCKET ACES! YOU WILL LOSE TO A CALLER WITH 3,2 OFFSUIT ALMOST EVERY TIME... DONT COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS, THEY DO NOTHING! FAKE, RIGGED CONTROLLED SITE!

This is the most pathetic site for poker, I've ever seen.

When I first started playing on there the name of the random card certification monitoring organization was provided but has long since been removed. I looked for it again on several occasions.
