I have to fold sometimes because the hole cards have yet to appear. Makes it hard to bet. And I am running a new SSD, so the speed problem is not mine

It happens to me now and then. When it does I usually just X out and reload my browser. Even if I'm in a tournament I'm usually back in having only missed a hand or two that the site folded hand for me.
Seems to happen more often if I'm doing other things like streaming music off youtube.
If it's happening to you often on a regular basis then my answer probably didn't help.

True. Software sucks, Servers are inadequate and need to be increased in capacity.
