As long as you mention it in the Miscellaneous section of the site, you are good to go.
Check to see if you can get a ban appeal from the staff, if your appeal is denied, you are SOL.
How is the site acting up for you? I've been doing a bunch of updating for QuestionCove the past few days, so if you're referring to the site refreshing itself then that's why. Else if you are using Safari, or an iPhone, currently QC is completely broken after an update they did, so try using Chrome if at all possible
