They are legit, but have awful return policy and awful customer service

Absolutely they are legit. Customer service is awful. I do not believe that those folks can read or even comprehend what you are saying. When trying to return something - including order duplication -
1. Be prepared to repeat your story again and again
2. They constantly refer you back to the company you purchased through
3. Nothing is their fault
4. Do not follow up
5. Absolutely will not take returns
6. They play this game until you are so tired of it that basically they win.
I did finally get to a manager who told me that they would give me a refund and to toss the items. I did get the refund quickly but the process to get there was exhausting. Weeks and weeks.

Legit but be aware of their returns policy, refund policy and who they use to fulfill orders as many arrived smashed.
