I ordered a large box of assorted candles & 2 hanging candle holders. For the price of their merchandise, the quality is impressive. The scent of their candles is not as impressive, but they work and they do what their supposed to do. I can get a lot of votives & tea lights for a price that is worthy of sacrificing the odor. They aren't that bad. I don't find them to be overbearing or nauseating. They just aren't as fresh and pure smelling as a more well known candle company.

This company is NOT a customer service friendly store. We purchased a product online, received the wrong product. Attempted to return said product through their online process. Never received a return slip. Finally we were able to call and despite explanation of the situation the customer service person advised us that despite the delay in trying to return their product by using their online process their 30 day return policy is unable to be changed.

This company is NOT a customer service friendly store. We purchased a product online, received the wrong product. Attempted to return said product through their online process. Never received a return slip. Finally we were able to call and despite explanation of the situation the customer service person advised us that despite the delay in trying to return their product by using their online process their 30 day return policy is unable to be changed.

I ordered 40 bubble vases for dtrs wedding. 10/40 arrived broken (horrible packaging and not a surprise they were broken).
Sent email, nice customer service phone call, agreed to replace the 10 vases at no cost to arrive in time for wedding. Guess what? 10 vases arrived intact (w/additional packaging) but FOUR days after dtr's wedding! I had to rent 40 bubble vases so they would all match! Would not recommend this company to anyone, or if you do use them, give yourself plenty of time to replace defective items!

I feel that I do not want to give any stars because I returned one of the merchandise because I ordered 2 of them and when I called them they told me they cannot get a refund which is bull$#*! because I spoke to a representative and she told.me I have 3 days to return in order to get a refund. I will never ever purchase from here ever again. Very disappointed and horrible experience.

Very disappointed about this item and customer service. Before placing the order I did call to ask how many ounces they were and Joan the customer service didn't have any clue, so I took a gamble, even I received them on time cause I used Amazon prime, then I called to Express my disappointment and Joan was very rude when addressing my concerns about the glasses being dirty, all 108 glasses are, then she replied we are not the company for you, I was like wow, then she said you can throw them in the dishwasher to clean them, the picture to the left is from candlescience very clean and to the right is from quick candle. I used this company so that I can get them faster using Amazon prime oh boy was I so wrong. I'm returning and asking for a refund

I ordered 15 sets of candles/vases for a wedding. I received 12 sets. When I called and asked for a refund they only credited me for the glass vases not the candles. When I argued I needed the rest refunded they basically said I was lying about how the items were shipped and therefore I essentially gave up my right to refund. I don't care how they ship them, I am missing items they won't refund. I am a wedding florist and have spent $1000 plus a year with them so being called a liar is not sitting well with me at all.

I ordered from this company after reading all the wonderful reviews not only on their products but on their customer service as well. Well let me tell you that was not my experience. While the young lady was quite nice and respectful, some of my plates came damaged. I sent pictures and they would only replace 1 of the plates but the others are clearly damaged and scratched. It's unbelievable to me. These plates were clearly in a warehouse somewhere. Something square was put on the orange one and they are square lines all over the place. They said this is normal. I buy chargers everywhere, I love them. This is not normal and the green ones came pristene. I ordered 7 plates only 5 of them were in their little bubble sleeves. The other two came without any protection at all. And while the colors are gorgeous I can always use spray paint to paint them whatever color I want without dealing with this nonsense. Save your money. Go to Dollar Tree. Same plates are $1.

Tip for consumers:
That their customer service is not helpful and they remove all bad reviews from their site.

I purchased 6 sets of vases for a 50th wedding Anniversary. I found the vases cheaper elsewhere so I returned the vases, just as I received them. I received 2 different emails asking me to keep the vases and they would give me 25% off. I responded no because I had already purchased them elsewhere. They approved the return now they are saying the vases were used and dirty. They are now only wanting to give me back a portion of the money I paid for the items. The vases were never even taken out of the box they were sent in. I think this is piss poor business. I don't not, do not recommend using this company. You can but them at the dollar tree a whole lot cheaper.

Tip for consumers:
The company is horrible. They offered me a discount twice to keep the cases when I requested to return them, now I am having trouble getting a refund.

They say to print a shipping label in 30 days, but they never state that after 30 days they will under no circumstances accept anything. We have 5 unopened boxes of candles that we were too busy to ship back because we were PLANNING A GD WEDDING! Waste of money and horrible customer service

We bought decorative vases for centerpieces for our wedding that was originally scheduled for May 3rd of this year. We had to push back and have now had to cancel our wedding. The reason we ordered from quick candle and not another company was their generous return policy; no drop dead date on returns or exchanges, which I documented when we bought them. Now that we have been forced to cancel our wedding, we are trying to return the vases. They inform me that their policy has changed and that they only do returns within 30 days now. These were not the policies under which these items were bought. They refused to take return of their vases or honor their policy which the items were bought under. We will be contacting our CC company and disputing the transaction now. Don't do business with this company.

Ordered 24 sets of the 3 x cyclinder vase sets, only to have all 3 shipments arrive with broken vases. Not ideal but to be expected due to the poor packaging and lack of protection thanks to their use of an Amazon fulfillment center. Too be fair the quality is good on the complete items and price is also the best I found for this product type.

However, after requesting replacements, I was eventually given an ultimatum of accepting a refund or running the risk of having replacements sent which would NOT be replaced if arrived broken. (which they did.)

I never go off 1 star reviews when reading reviews about companies because they are often written by people who are emotional and very annoyed at that time. So for the sceptic reading this, I will include the companies response below for full transparency to my request for replacement of single items within a set and not a refund for these broken items (I required all 3 items in the set):

"As stated previously, we are more than happy to replace the damaged items for you; and have offered to make exception to our policy in consideration of your satisfaction. However, we certainly are within reason to advise you that this must be the final resolution. If you do not wish to accept the risk of another shipment, we can issue a refund for the damaged items; and you may proceed with a return of the remaining items for a full refund.
Do you wish to accept the final resolution offer of the replacements; or would you prefer the refund?"

This being in response to my request for 1. Better packaging from their fulfillment service as you can see in the images attached they came with no packaging and this was opened in front of the deliveryman after he expressed concern over the "broken glass sound" and 2. After requesting a complete set... I appreciate that it is difficult to ship glass items but the product purchased as in sets of 3. Your inability to 'break a set' to replace one item in a set is not of the customers concern. The outcome was that they shipped over the amount of sets to me, knowing full well that some items would arrive damaged despite their quoted 99.8% success rate for shipping glass. Fortunately I was able to work with these extras although incorrect sizes to complete the quantity required.

One final point to note: reviews on their site is provided through Yotpo reviews, an app that allows sellers to remove and unpublish poor reviews which says alot about their company in that they avoid 3rd party review sites which they cannot monitor.

Tip for consumers:
Check the returns and refund policy, do not buy sets and check who they ship with as Amazon fulfillment will ensure glass items turn up in many, many pieces.

I ordered a slant vase in October 2020. The vase was nice but not going to work for me. I wanted to return it. However, upon request a return label, I was told that I would not be getting my full return. I was only going to get 50% back of my return. The item cost me $17.99/ delivery and taxes, and I was only going to get back $9.99 for a refund. WHY? So I strongly advise customers to be aware of what you're buying and make sure it's what you want. You won't get all your money back. From now on I will be ordering from Wholesale Flowers and Supplies, which is cheaper and return policy is less stressful.

Sucks I have to give them even one star, I would give them negative stars if I could!

I called them multiple times asking for my FULL refund back for all the items I returned. TIFFANY and ROB told me due to not all the vases in the box they wouldn't give me the full refund back when I did put EVERY THING back into the box and told me to look around my house for the 6inch vases. I don't know what I would do with 12 6inch vases for my wedding and how would I loose 12 vases in my house... But over all I will never buy anything from quick candles again, its pretty sad because they do have nice vases for candles but terrible customer service. DONT BUY FROM QUICK CANDLES!

Tip for consumers:
They say full refund but scam you 100%. As you see others have had the same issues with returning items.

I ordered 8 sets-of-3 Eastland Vases for my wedding breakfast tables. Firstly, we had to chase the delivery, which took over 2 weeks and involved a dispute around a part-delivery. Quick Candles advised had delivery had been made in full but the tracking showed only 1 of 2 parcels had been received. This was forwarded to Quick Candles who said they needed 10 days to look into it. We had to chase 10 days later, to which Quick Candles said they had found the second box in their warehouse and advised that it had not been shipped as it was damaged. We then received this damaged box 3 days later, which included a broken candle holder. Rather than replace or refund the set of 3, Quick Candles have given a pro-rata refund for the one broken holder. This is no good to me as the candle holders are needed as a set but they will not amend their decision, even though their website guarantees unbroken delivery and full refunds or replacements and DOES NOT mention pro-rata refunds in their T&Cs, which is what we have been told by the customer service advisor. In trying to reach a resolution, my Mum, my sister and I have been verbally offended and cut off on by the staff here and complete refusal to issue a refund for the broken set. They then ceased to respond altogether. Disgusting service for a large order. I can only recommend that you DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Long story short - ordered 14 boxes of chargers and there are 24 per box. I was charged, All was good. Then I received a duplicate order of another 14 boxes. I was not charged. I have been going round and round with their Customer Service department and spoke with a representative named Heidi who hung up on me but I was told through another representative that Heidi was going to have UPS pick up the boxes. Needless to say they are still on my front porch as I was told specifically to leave them out as the UPS would pick them up. I was not given a date or time so I placed a note on the boxes explaining these were the 7 boxes that I was returning. I am now told by Kristin today that UPS could not pick up my boxes because the pick up is for 21 boxes. Let me break this down. First shipment was for 14 boxes of chargers with each of the 14 having 24 chargers in them. They were packaged 2 boxes of 24 so I received 7 boxes in the original order. I then received another order of 7 boxes with each containing 2 boxes of chargers with each of those boxes containing 24 boxes. So the duplicate order came in 7 boxes total. Mind you I was not charged for the duplicate order and all I have been trying to do is return the ones that I have not paid for.

Tip for consumers:
DON'T!!!!!!!!!!

This was a duplicate order and they will not accept it. The company is telling me that I have to take them to UPS

I ordered a lighted LED base for an art glass piece. When I got the order this morning, I was impatient to try the Quick Candle item...the only thing that was good was the size...The item is cheap and flimsy and so are the "LED" lights, so weak that there was virtually no light going through. Not only it does not work as I expected, it was very expensive for cheap plastic item ($ 58 and change)
I contacted Quick Candle via the chat room and I was sent off to the Return Policy page to download the return label. So much for their NO QUESTION ASK RETURN POLICY charging you a 20% restocking fee!
As any consumer, the best way is to sepnd my money somewhere else next time around

Friend gave us hurricane candle holders, 6 in a pack, 11" tall. Also gave us 6 flameless candles from Amazon to put in them. I placed each hurricane over a candle after I found a place for each one in our home (hurricane had no bottom). The hurricanes were really too big and clunky, so I removed the candles, placed each one back in the individual box it came in, placed them all in the big mailing box, added the bubble wrap, and off I shipped it back at my own expense. I had already spoken with cust. Serv. And she said they could only refund my friend's payment method, no gift card. Talk about embarrassing, so I had to call my friend to let her know. As awkward as it was for both of us, she sent me a check for the amount of the gift (this was a gift she had collected money for from others who were in on the gift.) NOT end of story. My friend had to let me know she was refunded of the cost--more awkwardness, and when I called cust. Serv., the rep she said they came back used, smudged and not in original wrapping. I DIDN'T notice any smudges or problems with them when I repacked them, but I suppose it's possible the candles might have slightly rubbed against the glass on some of them, but come on! You can easily get that off in a snap. Items were secure and arrived intact back at the company. The cust. Serv rep I spoke to about the partial refund was useless. I would tell her I sent the items bk essentially unused and that I hadn't noticed any smudges and she would refute that and tell me her company policy. We kept going in circles. After I insisted on talking to her supervisor, she put me on hold for about 5 minutes and came back and told me her supervisor wasn't available and that I couldn't talk with this person. Then I told the cust. Serv rep my whole story about how this was a gift, the embarrassment, etc. etc. She had no response other than repeating that there was nothing she could do for me. This company has no heart, no soul, no integrity, just policy. Customer BEWARE!

Won't order again... employees and management are argumentative and not very helpful. The products we received were not exact sized like advertised. Packed poorly.

I ordered 2 sets of 3 glasses candle holders, 1 was broken on arrival. The protective packaging was non existent On contacting Quick Candles I was offered a refund for the broken one and was told they would not replace a single holder as they were sold in sets, so I now have a incomplete set. I asked if I could send the 2 back and have a replacement set, but I was told I would have to pay postage! Terrible customer service, this is my first and only order and won't be using them again. This company doesn't deserve 1 star

We order a few items for our annual event, when we put the order we paid for 2 days shipping. They sent the item ground and they admit it was a mistake on their processing department. Even that the "Corporate Manager" said that the shipping charge will not be reinburse. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, CUSTOMER SERVICES IS THE WORST FOR ME TO HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH THE MANAGER IT WAS DIFFICULT BECAUSE SHE WAS INTERRUPTME EVERY TIME AND THEN HANG UP ON ME. THEY ARE VERY RUDE

We ordered 18 (3 sets) of 5" x 13" tall glass vases along with several other items for a wedding event. We returned the 18 unused vases (too big for our decor) along with other items in the exact condition as we received them and awaited for the refund. We received the refund but it was less than expected. We did not receive an email confirmation nor any explanation of the refund so I contacted Quick Candles for clarification and spoke with Tiffany. She informed us that we did not receive a refund for our 18 vases because they showed signs of "water" and "wax". I informed Tiffany that is impossible since the vases were unused. I personally inspected each individually when they were packaged for the return to insure we had not received any of them broken. They were in perfect condition. I requested for some kind of proof of this alleged water and wax residue and Tiffany stated that they have pictures but she can not share them with me. How odd? I requested for the vases to be shipped back to us since they did give us a refund for them and we paid over $179.00 plus shipping for these 18 vases. She told me that all the vases I returned were thrown away (?) because they do not have room to store "used" items and that I will not be receiving any refund for those vases. What? How is this good business? You can not trust this company. They do not stand behind their return / refund policy and they are dishonest.

I ordered wooden boxes from them for center pieces for my wedding. I found them through marketplace at Walmart and I was very iffy putting the order through because I didn't know if they would work. I contacted Walmart first to make sure they would be able to be returned. Walmart told me all returns need to go through Quick Candles directly and to contact them and that I can also find their return policy on their website. I then called the main office number and was assured that, no questions asked I would be able to return the boxes if they didn't work within a year of purchase. They told me to just let them know if they needed to be returned and they would assist me further. So I moved forward and spent over $1,000.00 on the boxes and trusted everything would be alright. The boxes got here and the looked nice but they were way too small for what I needed them for so I contacted Quick Candles customer service via email to return the boxes. Tiffany first told me first that I had to return them through Walmart and that she couldn't help me and that she is firm on these policies. When I told her Walmart told me I needed to return the boxes through Quick Candels she changed her so called "firm policy" to, oh yeah you can return it with us but it has to be done within 30 days of purchase and this is a firm policy. And when I asked her why her policy states that anything can be returned within a year of purchase if the policy is a 30 day return policy she stated she could no longer assist me and that she had more pressing issues and that she would not be communicating with me any further. This is a very dishonest company with very poor customer service. I worked in retail for 8 years of my life and fully understand return policies and customer service. I would have no problem saying ok and not having my items returned if I was in the wrong for waiting too long. However, this is not the case. I was told a year and the website states a year. This being said the company should not be telling their customers one thing and then changing it after the purchase is made. Especially when you are working with over a $1000. 00 purchase. Not moral, not honest, not a good company.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POLICIES. Do not use quick candles. I ordered vases for my sister's bridal shower centerpieces. I paid for 3 day shipping and tracked my order. Turns out my vases were damaged and sent back to the warehouse. I received no notification from the company. When I called I spoke to Tiffany Keeler who offered me no solution. They refused to give me faster shipping on a new order to ensure I had my vases in time for the event. The assured me that she was the assistant manager and there was no one above her that I could speak to. I have never encountered a business that makes zero effort to make sure the customer gets what they ordered, when they expect it. I'm honestly speechless. She told me that she was "looking forward to reading my honest feedback" - so here it is. Worst customer service - terrible business practices.

Caution! Always order by phone, do not order on line. If you order on line and the package is lost they will not help you find the package and they will not replace the
Lost items or give a refund. Bad customer service.

The site does not allow me to make a review on my candle purchase... the company only sent me an email to get a review on the candle holders I purchased. (I like the holders).

I went into the web site--to review the "gardenia" candles I bought (horrible cloying scent--sweet, overpowering--not like a gardenia at all). There was NO WAY TO GIVE A REVIEW on the candles.

I'm sure that the NEGATIVE review I made on the site will NEVER MAKE IT TO THEIR WEB SITE. AT this point-- I do not trust nor will I ever use the company again.
