Why does my water order not get delivered but i get a text saying order delivered?

Answer:

I believe it's a lack of communication between them and the delivery guys. I had the same issue and cancelled my account. Watch out for your invoices too.

Just saw your truck outside and no one came to deliver water. we were supposed to have someone come on july 15th, but nobody did.

I already received my delivery. i get a call tonight saying i'm going to get another delivery. cannot get into website to cancel, what do i do?

Answer:

Call them and ask to speak to a supervisor right away.

You have got to be the worst company ever to deal with, its no wonder u have 54 bad reviews

Answer:

Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
