I got the same problem with BAB AL MADEENA rental car, they dont want to send us our deposit and lie every day staff are very rude and impolite

Very true! They haven't even returned my deposit. Gave AED 1000 for deposit then they are charged my card again for some fees.

Yes they are in professionals, unethical & Trust these guys will face big time of troubles in the future, they don't have fear to anybody.

Hi, I lodge a complaint too but police is absolutely hopeless and I can't believe it so why not we all send email to police, CID and customer right department again and make them take action and also any country your located contact the embassy of Abu Dhabi and get them to contact the the police as well.

I have put review in all the website and pretty much everyone has been cheated, some of the good reviews are from the company stuff so it's just a lie.

I have asked everyone if we can make a group chat and everyone to contact Dubai's police and make them take action ASAP.

You have to go in person, it's the only. Other wise report them to the police.
