I have already contacted you! You know what you have to do to resolve this matter!
Go through your files regarding all REFUND REQUESTS and finish the tasks! REFUND those consumers who have asked them from you! That is your job! I have already tirelessly contacted Restoro and Restoro has delayed positive results for the consumer, me, with many excuses and lies! Your staff is incapable and simply is cold hearted!

Further, I asked you a straight question: Now Restoro, answer why you do not honor your money back guarantee! Answer why you do not refund the fee for the uninstalled app and cancelled Plan? I want to know why and I want to see your answer HERE! You owe it back! Do it now!
