Hubby ordered a Nintendo DSI XL for our daughter. Was sent email confirmation to say that it would arrive by yesterday ( 23rd). I waited in all day for the delivery but it never arrived. Cannot get hold of anyone on the customer service tel number and there has been no response to emails we have sent. We cannot find another one anywhere and this was the only thing our daughter wanted for Xmas. I really hope the owner of this business gets a visit from Karma!

There is a Facebook page full of unhappy customers

Everyone has had the same email and sane response about delivery on the 23rd and then silence.
I ordered a hatchimal and had the same series of emails. When I made a negative comment on Facebook they blocked me. So they are fully aware of the volume of unhappy customers.
