I've never had any of these problems, I pay every month with my card. I'm shocked that there's ever been a bad experience with them. I don't use PayPal and there not a mess of a company at all. Anytime I've contacted them with a question or issue they were quick to reply and fix it.
No one that I know of! I know that I have never felt the need to file a dispute against Scentbird.
Never had any issues but if I had any issues with Scentbird. I'm so sorry your did! I'd start with Scentbird first. I'm sure Paypal will resolve any disputes though because they've always resolved mine!
I agree! I am looking into a PayPal dispute today. They essentially stole $40 from me.
