I'm having a issue with replacing some money that has got wet and some mildew on it. it's clearly identifiable. i was told by my local branch that they would not replace for me. i have had a relationship with this bank for over 12 years. they refferd me to washington, d. c. i then called washington, d. c. they said if the money is clearly identifiable and more the 50 percent there my local bank can replace the money. there waite time is 3 years! (washington, d. c.) i'm looking for a answer soon, as i find this unexceptable and not fair to me, as well as my banking consumer rights have been violated. please contact me at 561-635-0664. thank you.
