I'm having a issue with replacing some money that has got wet and some mildew on it. It's clearly identifiable. I was told by my local branch that they would not replace for me. I have had a relationship with this bank for over 12 years. They refferd me to Washington, D. C. I then called Washington, D. C. They said if the money is clearly identifiable and more the 50 percent there my local bank can replace the money. There Waite time is 3 years! (Washington, D. C.)
