Yes I did it myself, just this year. I left my money in my account and started over

What are you spending 840 on and where does the 116 go

Answer:

Beware of the fees. It is all going to them plus they will start hitting you with annual fees which they refuse to refund even when you close your account within that month. Scam and sketchy. Other banks will do the same for way less money and fees.
