Hello, I ordered 5 items on Cyber Monday. In almost the month that it has been since then, I have yet to receive these items. I did not possibly think that my order would say such a long period of time to come in. I am no longer at the location that my shipping address is. I have left college as it is currently winter break. I would dearly like my order please so therefor, if it has not been shipped, please contact me as I would like to change the shipping address. I have called about 10 times, no one ever picks up. I have also sent you a very friendly email which was never responded to. My order number is 73720. Thanks
