I've ordered from them once before and it took a while, i let it go. I ordered stuff for a vacation I have coming later this month, back in the beginning of JANUARY (today is march 07), thats two months. Not even just the issue, they also stopped responding to my emails after telling me they would send it and i would receive it within the next week. That was TWO weeks ago. Seriously? I didnt want to post this but you left me no choice. I do not recommend ordering anything from them.

Do not order from this company!. I placed a huge order of bathing suits for a bachelorette and they messed up my order twice and refused to take responsibility for their actions. After a while, they will stop responding to your emails and you have no other means of contacting them. Now I'm stuck with no bathing suits and no refund for my order. A terrible experience I tell you!

Such a dam shame u try to reach these $#*!ing people FLYNATION! U get no respond back. Like how the hell y'all take people money then dont ship the item's,,, I'm behind pissed I been waiting for 2 months never again... this will be reported

Fly nation is now one of my favorite online shops. Everything I ordered looks fantastic on me, the clothing is true to size. I wear a 6, I'm not tiny. The mediums fit great. Clothing and swimwear are all flattering. The bag I ordered is adorable and looks like pretty good quality. They are constantly giving out discount codes via their email list so I got a fantastic deal. The shipping was fast after they sent out my order, I recieved it next day. The monograms take a while to ship, the website says an extra week, though from the reviews online, I knew that it would take longer. Almost two months to be exact. It was well worth the wait, I got two monokinis, both are really good quality and fit.

Seriously?! It took 3 1/2 weeks to receive my order! Come to find out after opening my package, I only received 2 out of 3 things ordered. When I contacted the company - they said they could supply me with a gift card but not a refund? How about before sending out the package - contact me and let me know something is out of stock. Not just send me 2 out of 3 things! The "Large" fits like a medium. So, heads up on that also! I will not purchase from the company for now on.

I ordered my clothes back in December hoping I'd get it in time for Christmas. LOL WHAT A JOKE. One month later and nothing! I posted a comment on their Instagram picture saying that this store is disgraceful and of course it got deleted. I got a direct message saying that I'd get my tracking number and plot twist I never got the number. I'm livid on how awful their customer service is!

I ordered 4 bathing suits 14 days before my trip risking the fact that they wouldn't make it to my house on time. I then read it takes 10 days just to make the bathing suits (little ridiculous) nonetheless I didn't count on the swimsuits since I have a second trip coming up. I came back 4 weeks after I ordered the bathing suits and they still hadn't been here. I sent over an email to Flynation and got a response within a couple of hours with a refund of my shipping and a tracking number. My bathing suits got here on time today and I could not be happier they fit so cute! I DO NOT WORK FOR THAT COMPANY but I will shop here again for these cute bathing suits.

I have ordered before and it took almost 2 weeks. That was my first time and I was a little ticked off that they have no customer service number and they don't email back in a timely manner. The swim suit was fine. So I ordered again, like a dummy for my upcoming Miami trip on June 30. I ordered and paid on June 10.11 days later and they emailed back saying it should be sent before June 26! The also don't issue a tracking number. I will NOT be ordering again and I will NOT be telling my friends about this site.

What a scam. Ordered something from them 1 MONTH ago and still haven't received it... called them and a lady said it's shipping out of their warehouse in two days and should be arriving within the week. STILL haven't received it so called back and another lady told me it will be here next week since it's " busy for the holidays "... lol. Probably going to write ANOTHER bad review next week and also demanding a refund bc I'm pretty sure I'm not receiving my item. According to all of these reviews it seems fly nation SUCKS.

I ordered 9 graphic bathing suits for my best friends bachelorette party this upcoming June and received them well in advance, everything looks and fits great! I had to make a slight change to my order as I made a mistake upon ordering, and found that the best way to communicate with the is through instagram - direct messages. They responded right away.

Ugh. I placed an order back in December and they charged me for the order on the day of. Never received a shipping status or tracking #. I DM Flynation on Instagram since no one responds to their emails or answers the phone. I got a message back on IG saying sorry blah blah we will get you a tracking # soon. So I finally received my tracking # a week later and it's supposed to be on the way. Looking at the reviews I wouldn't be surprised if I get shipped the wrong sizes or the wrong items. Never supporting IG clothing businesses again!

I ordered from them march 11 for two bathing suits I was charged 42 dollars and have no heard a response from them as I have sent 7 emails already. They are thieves and should be sued I will be taking them to small claims court ladies don't waste your time or money. Very sad.

I placed an order for 6 bathing suits back on November 2016, it is noW January 2017 and they have taken down their phone number from their website and completely stopped responding to my e-mails requesting my tracking info. I had to call my bank and dispute the charge to get my money back. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I returned the items I bought because 1 was the wrong item and two were defective. I never got my money back. They said they sent me a check and a tracking notice but it was never delivered. It's been 3 months. I couldn't even dispute it on my credit card at this point because it's been 90 days. No return emails and their phone lines don't work. SCAM!

I placed two orders within a couple weeks of eachother because I thought the clothes/bikinis were really cute and really well priced. The first order took 3 weeks to receive and then it came completely wrong. I ordered 3 bikinis for myself and only received 1. When I asked for a refund, because I was charged full price for the full order that I did not receive, FlyNation tried to give me store credit. RIDICULOUS. I also ordered 5 bathing suits for a bachelorette party and it's been about a month and I have not received any emails about it. This site is so unprofessional, they're customer service is terrible and only deals with email so you can't talk to anyone in person, and they try to keep your money, even when the order is incorrect or incomplete. I will never order from this site again. Don't make the same mistake as me.

I ordered 2 bathing suits on January 20 and it is now February 23 and have yet to receive a tracking number or my order! I have emailed them and also ig dm them and they till have not processed my order but they sure did take my $30.00. SO annoying and I will be blasting them on all Social media letting everyone know they are a scam! I think everyone should blast them!

Do not purchase anything from this business. They have the WORST customer service and operations I've ever experienced. They do not notify you if an item is out of stock nor do they complete your oder in a timely manner. You will not receive the correct items, or the items at all. They do not answer their voicemails and no one ever answers the customer service line. They also do not return emails if you have questions or complaints. If you buy from this website, be prepared to lose your money.

Honestly I didn't even read the reviews before ordering ONE bathing suit but now that I did it makes total sense...

What a scam. My bathing suit NEVER came after they charged me for it. Unreal.

I placed an order and didn't receive it until three weeks later- come to find out that they had an "inventory error" and didn't receive a my second bikini. I asked for a refund for $20, they only refunded me $17! I know the $2 is not a huge difference, but a refund is a refund! So why would they still charge me if they didn't even have it?! Some businesses don't charge the customer until it is shipped out. So I went ahead and purchased the other bikini again since it wasn't listed as "out of stock" online. When I finally received it, it did not look like the bikini that I ordered online. Very cheap quality!

Anyways, please don't waste your time with this website- HORRIBLE BUSINESS.

I ordered during the Black Friday sale NOV 2016... my bach was early in March 2017. 5 MONTHS!!!! I got the wrong shipment 1 day before I left and more than HALF of my girls were missing their suits. And 2 were totally the WRONG items.

I even got charged taxes and duties on the label that included all items yet only half were packed in there.

They don't even have a customer service line. They even tried to re-ship items but one was defective and still the order was missing some suits.

They are quick to charge your card but service is AWFUL! Will definitely forgo a legal despute.

I ordered on May 16 and the comment did say it takes up to "three weeks" for it to be shipped. However, I didn't receive until June 15 :(( The bathing suit itself is ok for $25.00. I feel like the "wifey" could have been printed up a little higher. They need to get it together over at fly nation.

Great Quality!, and they looked beautiful on... bought 6 of them however one came in the wrong color but they were so cute!

I wish there was a negative 10! I ordered stuff in November and never received my order. Don't bother emailing or calling, they won't answer. Comment on their Instagram. They answered and gave me the run around. They supposedly started a refund, we'll see...
