They cancelled my order and didn't tell me for 3 days so i didn't have time to get something else. they said my images didnt have a time stamp, went to snapfish and they made the book no problem.im waiting for it to come in the mail. is this how they always do business?

Answer:

They are awful, just awful. Not sure how they are still in business!

How the hell do i get my photos out of shutterfly--i do not want prints, i need to download to create something for a wedding, but having put the photos into shutterfly, it now won't let me get them out. this program sucks!
