Try as you will, you are stuck. I cut up my credit card because they would not back me up on this scam and continue to bill me $55.

I never received extra batteries. I paid $12.95. I received 5 alarms 3 and 2 free. $75. and $12.95 for extra batteries. I bought these for my grandchildren,daughter and friend. I hope this was not a rip off.
