I ordered 12 cartoons from these people on june 2 2010 and would like to know how to get my money back. They dont answer email and their phone number is worthless. Does anybody know how to get a refund form these people?

I am so pissed off with this company. I am going to do all i can to get my money back and/or expose them for what they are. A Fraud!

I ordered 12 cartons of cigarettes on 6/20/10 it is now 8/3/10 and not cigarettes have been received. Have called the 612 number and have left tons of messages and have not received a call back yet. I have also sent e-mails which received NO response. At this point I was my money back. Is it possible?
