Horrible. NEver received merchandise, send about 10 emails and no response or an attempt to resolve the issue. Would never use them again.

I ordered my cigarettes 3 weeks ago and i still have not seen my tracking number or my product. I will never go thru them again and would like to warn everyone of this scam and advise them to stay clear of this website, it is worth it to pay $20 more per carton at least then you will receive something. I have e-mailed them twice the first time i never got a response and the second time i recieved a very generic, short, almost rude response.

I have two orders pending now since Nov. 23 and Dec. 12. It is now Feb 21 and I have received nothing in spite of many emails, calls to their number listed on the website. The checks have cleared and I am wondering if this company has been scamming everyone. I did receive two orders prior to ordering these two that never came and am out $333.00. I am asking them to send these orders or return my money.

I ordered cigarettes 3/13/2010. On 3/27/10 they said the shipment would be sent on 3/28/10. Today is 3/31/10 and no shipment was sent. I sent 25 emails to customer service and no response. I called the bogus customer service number 10 times and all I get is message relaying service and no returned phone calls. It looks like they stole my money and went out of business. Unfortunately I do not have any recourse.

Ordered from them over a year with no problems as long as you accept the 4 to 6 week wait. I do have two orders from 6-17-10 and 7-1-10 that I have not received.

Ordered five times with no trouble, but ordered Dec., o8,2010, the money was taken from my account, and over two months later, no product! What's happening?

The first order was fine - took about 5 weeks. The second order not so good - order placed 12/9/10 - check did not clear till 12/20/10 - status was stuck in "waiting for check clearance", so I sent e-mails - never a repsonse - then status moved to " Check cleared" it has now been almost 8 weeks and the cigarettes are not even sent out yet - my emails were ignored - so I sent a last one stating that I would dispute the payment with my bank and to stop order - got a system respones with "Check cleared " but really no answer - My bank is working on getting the money back - we'll see how this goes - DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

Very un-professional. A scam. Charges you for purchase and doesn't send product. Do not answer their e-mails and have a bogus phone number on the website. Ordered cigarettes from them 1 month ago and haven't seen the delivery or got a response from them.

PeopleFinders.com lists one of the phone #s for Kevin S. Hedlund, *******954; this phone # is associated with Nextera Communications, LLC, Twin Cities, MN. I emailed this company to ask about Kevin S. Hedlund, and his association with SmokeOnSale, no response yet, of course.

I'll keep calling every phone # listed on PeopleFinders for Kevin S. Hedlund and any relatives listed.

I ordered from SmokeonSale since last year never a problem but then I put an order in on 12/17/10 and still no cigs. I have emailed them and called and finally got an email stating my cigs would be shipped and I would get a tracking #, I still have not got a tracking # or email, it has been over months since I put my order in and no one will answer your phone call or emails, they took the $168.00 out of my checking account I called my bank but they can't do anything, so these people were good at the first couple of orders then they just took my money and I guess we all just got ripped off, this pisses me off frickin bad, that a company who still has their website on line would steal from people, What can we do, someone help.

I have ordered cigarettes online from this company twice before and a friend of ours orders monthly from them. Until December 2010, neither of us has had a problem... I placed my last order on Dec 25th 2010 and TO DATE (today is 2/14/2011) I have not received my shipment, cannot get hold of them, they have not replied to any of my emails (I've sent about 15 already) and I believe they are a bunch of SCAMMERS! Is there any way to get my money back from them? I am speechless and IRATE! Whatever you do, DO NOT USE SMOKEONSALE.COM - they are a scam!

I ordered 6 cartons a week later I get an email that says they have a price increase and I will have to pay the increase to get my order. I did this and the money was taken out of my account this was 2 weeks ago and I still have no idea whats happening. I have called every day for a week and sent emails everyday for over a week and have gotten no response. Stay away from this site it is a scam. They will answer your emails untill they get your money and then they ignore you. I did recieve 3 replies when I was emailing with questions on how to order.

Dont order from smokeonsale.com! They claim 2 weeks to get your order. I ordered on the 29th of jan.And its the 16th of feb.And they still have not shipped. Dont be fooled by there nice web site. They are not a good company.to order from. This was my second order.The first took 3 weeks to get. This will be my last order from them.

Smoke on sale is a scam the have my money. They do not return callsor emails.It has been 5 weeks without anything.are they even a business

I recently posted a very negative review but in all fairness should let you know that after a little over a month I received my order and am completely satisfied with the product. This is the first time I have tried one of these websites and am glad to have finally found a way to get lung cancer at a reasonable price!

I know there are a lot of bad reviews on this website. If everyone would just be patient, they'll be satisfied. I too had an order that got lost but they did make good on it. I have since received 3 orders. They're not fast but they are legit.
