I am from malaysia. i ordered 2 prestige cooker parts a month ago. after sending an email questioning the status of the order, i received a reply saying that the items had been despatched off that day.( 17 march, 2017 ). till now, i have not received the items. i presume the items were sent by ordinary royal mail. i have no idea how long it will take. does anyone know?

Order ref n605941 ordered on 6/7/15. you have acknowledged in an email on 26/8/15 that part is not available please send refund asap to address supplied by me on 27/8. your level of customer service seems pretty abysmal to me. yours, colin carsten.
