Order ref N605941 ordered on 6/7/15. You have acknowledged in an email on 26/8/15 that part is not available Please send refund ASAP to address supplied by me on 27/8. Your level of customer service seems pretty abysmal to me. Yours, Colin Carsten.

I am from Malaysia. I ordered 2 Prestige cooker parts a month ago. After sending an email questioning the status of the order, I received a reply saying that the items had been despatched off that day.( 17 March, 2017 ). Till now, I have not received the items. I presume the items were sent by ordinary Royal Mail. I have no idea how long it will take. Does anyone know?
