Anyone else have 1-2 TV channels that pixelate & then go entirely blank/black? Other channels R fine except channel I'm watching! Maddening! Why?!?

Yes that has happened to me 3 times. Spectrum directed me to unplug their box then wait around 10 minutes for the box to reboot. The third time they said I may need the box to be replaced.

I have had that issue but I also have an issue of my DVR and my regular channels freezing up and not being able to understand what they're saying
