on 3/16/18They do not care about customer retention. That being said. I have to believe it is the poorest business model I have ever come in contact with.
Because that is their method of operation. They look for locations with poor to no service and come in and gouge.
They offer a program for assistance with internet prices if you are low income Orso supplemental SSI if you are 65 or older but if you are on disability and that they will not honor that they also will not honor that if you have service with them. They only care about themselves they don't tell you this when you start your service I found out about it by accident these people are rip-offs
They overextended themselves when they bought Brighthosue and really must need the $$$$$
