I can't get help from rick to build my wall. i paid a lot of money for all the materials, there are no written instructions (he refuses to send any)

Answer:

We are happy to consult with your contractor. Building walls is not for a lay person. We have already suggested this we believe via the phone. Appointments are necessary so please arrange a time with our support staff. Assuming a lay person can build a large wall is not a best practice. AND our engineers provide one on one introduction happily. I am sure our staff has already shared that and offered support via a licensed contractor.

We have supplied instructions as an open invitation for your contractor again if you have order information it would help as there is no order info here thanks one can call our toll free support line m_f as well maybe call or forward some identifying order info.
