Worst company EVER! Rick (the owner) is a joke. He says some lady owns it, I just think he says that.
Has anyone tested the saunas EMF level? Is this a full spectrum sauna or far infrared sauna?
Who can I speak to concerning building the wall? I ordered all the material and Rick will only help me on HIS time. I thought I was the customer.
